Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American actress and singer. Her fame is based on her stage work and for her role as Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actress (Female) and singer best known for her recurring role in the TV show That's So Raven. To promote an episode of Disneymania in the year 2006, van derPol recorded the Disney Classic Candle on the Water. As part of Broadway in the role of Belle van der Pol, she recorded many songs that were heard in the soundtrack of the musical, like A Change in Me.
